Join AllCare Primary & Immediate Care as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician, where you will deliver high-quality care to adult patients with a focus on precision, expertise, and excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adults, focusing on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough physical exams, including Pap smears, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Diagnose and treat common conditions using evidence-based practice.
- Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness strategies.
- Manage urgent complaints typical to a primary care clinic.
- Collaborate with a care team to achieve measurable clinical results.
- Ensure accurate lab/document review, timely charting (within 72 hours), and efficient patient flow (2–2.2 patients/hr).
Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted Medical License (DC required).
- Board certification preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
