Key Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical and administrative staff in home health and hospice

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid California license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master's in healthcare preferred)
• At least 3 years’ clinical supervisory experience in home health or hospice
• Strong leadership, communication, and team skills
• Knowledge of business management and regulatory standards
