Scope of the Role

Manage personnel, budget, and patient flow, ensuring clinic goals are met and providers can deliver superior care. Supervise staff, orient new hires, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, budget, and benchmarks
• Quality assurance and adherence to regulatory standards (JCAHO, OSHA)
• Guide, train, and evaluate staff
• Oversee credentialing, licensing, payroll, and documentation
• Establish and improve clinical quality benchmarks
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a relevant field
• Five years related experience required
• Four-year degree and CPC certification preferred
• Healthcare office experience a plus
