As a Clinical Therapist at Isaiah House in Louisville, KY, you will play a critical role in delivering substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health counseling in a faith-based, nonprofit setting. This role is integral to providing therapy and intervention for individuals seeking recovery within a comprehensive care model that supports both clients and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete clinical assessments, treatment planning, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide therapeutic interventions including crisis counseling, group, family, and individual therapy
• Adhere to HIPAA, documentation requirements, and agency policy
• Participate in professional training, case conferences, and program graduations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in mental health or related field
• Current Kentucky clinical license (LPCC, LCSW, LPCA, CADC, CSW, LCADC, or equivalent)
• Experience in substance use and dual diagnosis preferred
• Crisis intervention and fast-paced environment experience recommended
