Join a faith-based, nonprofit substance use disorder treatment center as a Clinical Therapist, providing counseling and therapeutic interventions for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. The role is based in Lexington, Kentucky and includes direct client care, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and psychosocial evaluations
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual, group, and crisis counseling
• Adhere to documentation standards and HIPAA requirements
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and community events
• Engage in continual education and staff training

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Current valid and unrestricted Kentucky clinical license (e.g., LPCC, LCSW)
• Prefer one or more years’ clinical experience
• Knowledge of addiction and mental health care in residential or outpatient settings
