Assist with all facets of property management in a mid-rise, 305-unit community, focusing on lease-up operations, financial reporting, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support rent collection and processing financial transactions
- Conduct account reconciliations and prepare daily deposits
- Review resident accounts and manage late payments
- Process move-outs and enforce lease terms
- Supervise daily operations during Community Manager's absence
- Address resident issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
Qualifications
- Experience in property management and accounting tasks
- Familiarity with property management software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
