This role contributes to delivering meaningful change in the lives of children and families affected by autism by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and support. The position emphasizes personalized, play-based approaches and ensures a positive, supportive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA-based therapy to young children in home environments
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through structured and play-based sessions
• Collaborate with families to foster skills development
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training to build confidence and competence
• Maintain proper client session notes and follow therapy protocols

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Genuine passion for working with children
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation
• Minimum of three weekdays of consistent availability
