This position provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children and families affected by autism, with a focus on home-based interventions and building meaningful skills. The role emphasizes play-based learning, help with communication and daily living skills, and opportunity for career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy to children in their home or community environment
• Utilize play-based approaches to teach essential social and behavioral skills
• Collaborate with families on treatment goals and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of each session's activities
• Participate in training and pursue opportunities for advancement to BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college coursework a plus
• Active RBT certification and Medicaid Provider number required
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and laptop or tablet
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong people skills
• Physical ability to work with children in various postures for periods of time
