About the job
Transform lives as a Behavior Technician at Bierman Autism Centers by delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children ages 2–12 with autism. Work as part of an encouraging and supportive team focused on helping clients develop foundational skills such as communication and self-advocacy, across a structured, center-based schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one therapy with children following prescribed ABA treatment plans.
- Collect and record data for each therapy session.
- Assist with session preparation and material organization under BCBA supervision.
- Foster open, positive communication with families and caregivers.
- Maintain compliance with behavior analysis board guidelines and attend required training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education a plus.
- Experience with children or in behavioral sciences preferred.
- Ability to perform physical activities related to child care and engagement.
