Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a dynamic, supportive environment that offers paid training and clear career advancement paths. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct ABA therapy with children aged 2-12
- Collect data and record session notes
- Support skill acquisition and behavior plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members
- Communicate with caregivers about client progress
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and adaptability
- Ability to engage physically with children and follow care plans
