About the job
Join a leading team as a Behavior Technician, providing center-based ABA therapy to children aged 2–12 with autism or developmental delays. Collaborate with BCBAs, support skill acquisition, and drive client progress in a positive, engaging environment with consistent hours and strong benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children
- Implement behavior and skill acquisition plans
- Record data and session notes
- Communicate client progress to caregivers under BCBA supervision
- Attend training and participate in professional development
- Maintain an organized and safe therapy space
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- ABA or child care experience is beneficial
- Physical ability to engage with and support young children
- Strong communication and attention to detail
