This full-time Behavior Technician position at Bierman Autism Centers in Cranston, Rhode Island, involves delivering ABA therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism and developmental or language delays. Therapists use a play-based, one-on-one approach to foster communication, self-advocacy, and foundational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children
• Follow behavior support plans
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Communicate progress to families and supervisors
• Support BCBA with therapy materials and session planning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with children is a plus
