As a Behavior Technician with Bounce ABA Therapy, you will provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in the Matawan, NJ area. This position offers meaningful work, the opportunity to impact lives through evidence-based intervention, and the flexibility to set your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Work directly with children in their home environment
• Collect and record behavioral and skill acquisition data
• Coordinate with families and team members to support progress
• Attend team meetings and complete ongoing training

Qualifications

• Prior ABA therapy experience required
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Reliable transportation for in-home assignments
• Strong communication and reliability
• Available during after-school hours
