Key Responsibilities

• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Design and implement individualized behavior programs
• Provide direct ABA services and ongoing family support
• Collaborate with agency partners, team members, and clinical directors
• Maintain consistent scheduling and ensure program fidelity

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, sociology, or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Minimum of 2 years ABA experience
• Leadership capability and strong organizational skills
• Strength in independent work and team collaboration
