About the job
Become part of a vibrant North Raleigh team offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to young children with autism and related challenges. This position provides a structured, enjoyable workplace aiming to positively transform clients' lives and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 behavioral therapy sessions
- Document session data thoroughly
- Collaborate with families, guided by senior clinicians
- Prepare materials and maintain organized therapy spaces
- Strive towards Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification if not already obtained
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Good communication and detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt to changing needs of clients and team
- Prior experience with children or ABA a plus
