Serve as a vital team member in a school setting, supporting students and staff by implementing behavior intervention plans and providing personalized assistance. This position is a temporary assignment for the 2025-2026 school year, offering steady weekday work and opportunities to directly impact educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior support plans for students
• Assist teachers and staff with daily activities related to student behavior
• Monitor, record, and report student progress to educational teams
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment

Qualifications

• At least 48 college credit hours or completion of WorkKeys assessment
• Ability to work 7 hours per day, 9-10 months per year
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Pay and Hours

• Hourly rate between $15.81 - $16.43, based on education and experience
• Weekday, school-based schedule
