Behavior Technician

About the job

Start or build your career as a Behavior Technician supporting children with autism and related disabilities through evidence-based care. Under direct supervision, you'll deliver therapeutic services in clinic, home, and community settings—promoting skill development and independence for each child.

Key Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in home or clinical settings
• Implement individualized therapy plans and daily activities under guidance
• Complete all required training and certification (including RBT exam)
• Collect data, maintain accurate records, and communicate progress
• Support families and collaborate with other service providers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to pursue Registered Behavior Technician certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
