Join a dedicated clinic team in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting children ages 1–6 with autism spectrum disorders. This hybrid role allows you to work both in clinic and in local daycares, focusing on the implementation of ABA therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy interventions in clinic and daycare settings.
• Collect data, write session notes, and report on children's progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, play, and life skills.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other team members.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• At least two years of experience with young children (ages 1–6).
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required upon hire.
• Reliable transportation is essential.

Schedule and Environment

• Full-time (approx. 37.5 hours per week), Monday through Friday.

• Hybrid role with onsite and offsite services.
