Behavioral Health Associate

About the job

In this role, you will support children in an emergency group home setting, providing and coordinating therapeutic and direct care activities to ensure a safe, supportive environment. You will contribute to treatment planning and create a positive impact for clients navigating mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support for children in group and residential home settings.
• Coordinate therapeutic activities and clinical interventions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
• Support implementation of treatment plans and adhere to organizational care models.
• Document relevant information and assist with daily operations as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in human services field preferred.
• Four years of mental health experience preferred.
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to interpret diverse instructions.
