Join an experienced, BCBA-led team dedicated to delivering individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, supporting families in the Tampa Bay region. This full-time role ensures high-quality outcomes for clients with autism spectrum disorder through clinical oversight, direct supervision, and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and supervise individualized behavioral intervention programs
- Manage and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Perform behavioral assessments and caregiver training
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in company-wide clinical reviews and case conferences
