This hybrid position allows a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work both remotely and on-site, designing and overseeing individualized behavior programs for clients. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Design and implement individualized behavior plans
- Maintain a consistent, reliable schedule with clients/families
- Provide ongoing supervision and support for clinical teams
- Collaborate with Assistant Clinical Director and staff
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Two years of experience in ABA services
- Leadership and teamwork abilities
- Physical capability to assist clients as needed
