About the job
Play a vital role in the delivery of ABA treatment for children on the autism spectrum by overseeing home and center-based clinical programs and managing treatment teams. Supervise and develop clinical staff, drive program quality, and ensure adherence to care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for ABA clients
- Provide training and supervision for all clinical team members
- Deliver parent training and multi-disciplinary care coordination
- Generate reports, complete administrative tasks, and manage insurance authorizations
- Maintain high clinical standards and ensure ongoing communication with clients and families
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed behavior analyst
- At least 1 year of direct ABA experience with children with autism
