Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led ABA therapy organization with a mission to transform the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Cary, North Carolina, you will join a supportive, growth-minded team focusing on personalized, evidence-based interventions and family-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop customized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs/BTs and oversee direct service delivery
- Provide training to families and caregivers
- Coordinate with educators and other professionals for holistic care
- Participate in mentorship, research projects, case reviews, and CEU opportunities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Passion for child and family-centered autism therapy
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
