Become an integral member of a primary care team in a leading regional health network, providing both administrative and clinical support in a medical office environment. Responsibilities include assisting with patient data collection, electronic health record (EHR) management, and helping providers during examinations and treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and record patient data and vital signs
- Accurately scribe provider documentation into EHR
- Assist providers with examinations and procedures
- Maintain clinical workspaces and supplies
- Support patients and families throughout their visits
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited medical assistant program
- National certification (AMCA, AAMA, AMT, CCMA, or NCMA) at time of hire
- BLS certification required
- Minimum three years’ experience as a medical assistant
- Experience with EHR systems preferred
