Lead clinical outcomes and professional development as a Clinic Director for a center-based autism therapy organization in Parsippany, New Jersey. The Clinic Director drives quality ABA services, oversees BCBAs and staff, and manages client intake and progress in a collaborative, child-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate client success and guide clinical outcomes for all learners
• Provide support, training, and oversight to BCBAs and staff
• Oversee new learner intake, assessments, and caseload management
• Collaborate with management and clinical teams to lead the center
• Implement positive, creative workplace culture and staff engagement

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and current BCBA certification required
• Experience directing programs for children with autism
• Proven ability to oversee and train clinical staff
• Strong leadership and communication skills
