The Clinical Research Coordinator II/III manages clinical trials from planning through closeout at a CRO in Baltimore, Maryland. The role involves coordinating protocol compliance, mentoring junior staff, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure trial accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee study protocol, consent, and documentation.
- Ensure regulatory and GCP compliance in trial conduct.
- Serve as participant point of contact throughout trial phases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and sponsors.
- Mentor and assist in training of junior staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year (CRC II) or 3 years (CRC III) clinical trial coordination experience.
- CRC III requires ACRP/ SOCRA certification.
- Proficiency with GCP, EDC systems, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
