BHcare is seeking an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Clinician to provide structured group therapy and case management for children and adolescents. This position at BHcare Children's Clinic focuses on coordinating family support, collaborating with schools and other providers, and preparing required documentation for seamless care.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate intensive group therapy for a caseload of children/adolescents.
- Maintain clinical records and compliance with program policies.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and providers on treatment planning.
- Complete progress reports and participate in consultations.
- Contribute to discharge planning and ongoing case management.
- Mentor graduate students and participate in professional development.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related mental health field required.
- Professional CT Licensure (LCSW preferred; LMSW or LPC accepted).
- At least one year of behavioral health experience with children or adolescents.
- Skilled in EHR systems and Microsoft 365.
Work Environment
- 37.5-hour work week, two evenings per week.
