About the job

Serve as an outpatient clinician specializing in psychotherapy for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Souderton, PA. This position focuses on delivering high-quality therapy through individual, family, and group sessions, while ensuring compliance with clinical standards. The clinician will research and implement evidence-based therapeutic models and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the outpatient program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Provide goal-focused treatment and monitor patient progress.
• Work collaboratively with other clinicians and coordinators.
• Ensure clinical compliance and participate in internal audits.
• Develop and implement innovative therapy groups and practices.
• Support the overall mission and values of the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Pennsylvania licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Psychologist.
• Accepted for credentialing with Medicare and Health Choices within 3 months of employment.
• Minimum 1 year experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities and at least 3 years in mental health.

Skills
