Supervise all aspects of property management for a leading real estate company, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and cohesive team dynamics. You will direct community budgets, resident relations, and team leadership, driving continuous improvement and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets and financial reports
• Oversee rent collection, leasing, and fee enforcement
• Approve expenditures and vendor contracts
• Lead property staff: recruitment, training, and performance management
• Conduct property inspections and uphold safety standards
• Strategize for occupancy and revenue through market analysis
• Foster resident retention and service excellence

Physical Demands & Schedule

• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with assistance)
• Flexible schedule including possible weekends/evenings
