As a Dietary Aide, you will join Regency Fallbrook’s community dedicated to delivering compassionate care and supporting the wellbeing of senior residents. Your role includes preparing and serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, plate, and deliver meals to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, dishes, and food service equipment.
• Assist with food preparation and manage condiments and table linens.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Support infection control and safety protocols within the dining area.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Food Handler’s card.
• Willingness to work with seniors and deliver quality customer service.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and adhering to safety standards.
