As a Dietary Aide (Patient Services Ambassador) at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA, you'll contribute to patient satisfaction by supporting meal selection, delivery, and nutrition information for hospital patients. Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients in meal selection according to dietary restrictions.
- Update and correct menus with patients, using provided menu correction guidelines.
- Input patient food preferences into service software and use the EPIC platform as needed.
- Describe ingredients and features of menu items accurately.
- Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and workplace standards.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Vaccine compliance for influenza and COVID-19 (with exemptions available).
