Southcoast Health's Speech Language Pathologists provide essential rehabilitation services across the Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island region. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patients with speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Provide home-based and clinic-based therapy across Southeastern MA and RI
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with diverse clinical teams
- Participate in professional development and training
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- CCC-ASHA certification required
- State licensure for practice in MA (and potentially RI by assignment)
- At least two years of experience in the field
- BLS and CPR certification required
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
- Home care experience preferred
- Full vaccination or signed exemption required
