Play a pivotal role in ensuring environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance for a large Life Sciences client in Indianapolis, IN. This on-site position supports construction projects and champions HSE programs and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with management of HSE programs to meet regulatory and client requirements
- Monitor and report on injury, illness, and incident performance
- Offer expert advice on HSE performance, compliance, trends, and concerns
- Oversee site-specific HSE plans, ensuring effective implementation
- Contribute to cost-saving and quality-improving opportunities
- Respond to HSE-related customer concerns and collaborate with project management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of direct construction safety experience
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local EHS regulations
- Certifications like GSP, ASP, CSP, CIH, CHST preferred
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or facility management desirable
