About the job

As a Senior Environmental Site Assessor, you will conduct Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, subsurface investigations, and provide technical guidance to projects concerning recognized environmental conditions. Working as part of a global real estate solutions firm, you’ll be responsible for fieldwork, report writing, regulatory compliance, and project coordination to deliver actionable insights for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
  • Review regulatory records and historical reports for environmental data
  • Conduct property owner and stakeholder interviews
  • Screen for hazardous materials and coordinate sampling
  • Compile comprehensive assessment reports with technical exhibits
  • Provide technical guidance to colleagues and coordinate project tasks
  • Travel up to 50% and manage multiple project deliverables
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, or related field (or PE/PG with equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental requirements
  • Preferred certifications (PE, PG, CIH, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
