EHS Manager

About the job

Lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs in a remote role focused on small to medium-sized clients. Collaborate across departments to manage regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and process improvement for safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and oversee EHS strategies and programs
• Track and analyze operational risks and incident reports
• Develop and implement playbooks, procedures, and training
• Ensure company-wide regulatory compliance
• Lead by example and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Additional certifications as required
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
