Key Responsibilities

• Assess illnesses or injuries and prioritize medical procedures.
• Administer initial emergency treatments on-scene and in transport.
• Assist in extraction and safe transfer of patients.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and medical staff.
• Complete accurate care and billing reports, maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain readiness of vehicles, equipment, and work areas.
• Adhere to all operational and radio communication protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current State of Ohio EMS certification and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurance provider approval.
• Annual skills and protocol testing.
