Empower young children diagnosed with autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at a WEST clinic in Middleburg Heights, OH. Provide dedicated ABA therapy services and enjoy comprehensive training within a supportive, development-focused environment.

Introduction

Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 1-6 in both clinic and offsite daycare settings. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and receive BCBA supervision for effective patient progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans for children with autism
• Collect data, write session notes, and communicate progress with the care team
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain reliable attendance and transportation for both clinic and offsite services
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

Qualifications

• RBT certification required within 60 days of employment
• Instructional Aide designation within 30 days
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Prefer Associate degree or higher, and two+ years' experience with young children
