This Behavior Technician role supports children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) at a clinic in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, with some hybrid work in area daycares. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) will deliver ABA therapy, working within a structured, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA-based interventions for children ages 1-10, both in the clinic and daycare settings.
- Implement treatment plans, collect and record accurate data, and maintain session notes.
- Collaborate with BCBA supervisors for regular supervision and feedback.
- Engage with children to support communication, social, play, and life skills development.
Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within first month.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum two years’ experience with young children.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required.
