Introduction

Key Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy, collect and accurately label patient specimens
• Process blood, urine, and culture specimens for testing
• Document orders and results in laboratory information systems
• Perform waived lab tests and EKGs as trained
• Support general laboratory duties, supply restocking, and clerical tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Preferred: Certified Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant with phlebotomy training
• Prior phlebotomy experience is beneficial
