About the job
Contribute to patient care as a Laboratory Assistant, performing specimen collection, processing, and basic testing at multiple St. Croix Health locations across the St. Croix Valley, Wisconsin. You’ll ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate phlebotomy and specimen collection
- Label and process samples per policy
- Conduct waived lab tests and EKGs within competency
- Document results and maintain compliance
- Support general lab functions and restock supplies
- Attend meetings and complete training
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Certified Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant preferred
- Previous phlebotomy experience beneficial
- Detail-oriented and organized
