About the job
As a Physical Therapist, you will join a compassionate, community-focused organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for patients of all ages. This full-time position includes rotating between Unity (Balsam Lake) and Frederic Clinics, where you will evaluate and treat a variety of physical impairments, deliver evidence-informed therapy, and contribute to interdisciplinary education.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and provide physical therapy to diverse patient populations
- Direct and assess Physical Therapist Assistants
- Manage comprehensive documentation and charting
- Collaborate on program development and community outreach on wellness topics
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing staff education
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved physical therapy school
- Licensed to practice in Wisconsin and/or Minnesota
- Current CPR/AED certification

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficient in lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks
