Support the clinical laboratory team as a Laboratory Technician (Phlebotomist) at a leading healthcare provider. This role involves specimen collection, processing, verification, testing, and assisting with laboratory workflow within a clinic and hospital-based setting in Jacksonville, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and process blood and body fluid specimens
• Prepare specimens and containers for laboratory testing
• Interact with patients, families, and clinical staff professionally
• Troubleshoot laboratory procedures and prioritize workload
• Contribute to quality control and training of new staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (two-year degree preferred)
• At least one year in a patient care/phlebotomy setting or national certification
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability for lifting and long periods of standing
