Key Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, process, ship, and store blood and biofluid specimens.
• Prepare specimens and containers for lab testing as ordered.
• Troubleshoot procedural and workflow issues and prioritize workload.
• Accurately read labels, complete documentation, and follow SOPs.
• Participate in quality control and help train new team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of venous access and specimen experience or national phlebotomy certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability for lifting, standing, and color distinction.
