Play a critical role in patient services by ensuring accurate and thorough patient registration and records management. The Patient Access Representative is responsible for gathering and verifying patient information, managing insurance details, maintaining health records, and scheduling appointments in a clinical setting in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify patient personal and insurance information
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments
• Maintain and update electronic health records

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required)
• Six months of specialized training/experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party billing preferred
