In this front-office healthcare role, you will perform essential administrative functions for a community health center. This includes greeting patients, managing appointments, handling payments, maintaining medical records, and supporting the smooth daily operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Check in and verify patient and insurance information
• Collect payments, schedule appointments, and provide documents
• Educate patients on services and navigate support options
• Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries, and document activities in EHR
• Keep the reception area organized and support clinic process improvements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service or healthcare strongly preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work routine, detail-oriented tasks in a busy environment
