Play a key role in delivering a positive patient experience at an integrated medical care facility. This position involves front desk responsibilities, surgical scheduling, and supporting patients, visitors, and colleagues with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and colleagues in person or via phone
• Schedule office and ophthalmology surgical appointments
• Obtain prior authorization and verify insurance for all services
• Complete front desk registration, check-in, and related administrative duties

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Medical office experience in ophthalmology and surgical posting preferred
• Strong patient care and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn new systems
