Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and label blood samples from patients using diverse phlebotomy techniques
• Respond to medical emergencies and traumas
• Process samples and ensure accurate documentation
• Use laboratory programs for workflow management
• Train and assist students and new staff when required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Previous phlebotomy or medical experience; valid certification for senior roles
• Good communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Able to push carts, walk distances, and stand for extended periods
