This position offers the opportunity to work in a nurturing environment supporting children with autism and other disabilities. Join a dedicated team making a difference in special education, collaborating under the guidance of experienced staff to implement evidence-based educational and behavioral programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement student educational and behavioral programs as directed by specialists
• Collaborate with teachers, behavior analysts, and other service providers
• Support children with a range of social, behavioral, and academic needs
• Document progress and participate in interdisciplinary meetings
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field strongly preferred
• 2–3 years of experience with children with disabilities desired
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
