Key Responsibilities

• Assess and deliver individualized physical therapy interventions
• Develop and update care plans, maintain records, and monitor outcomes
• Educate families and caregivers on follow-up care
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care assessments
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe therapy environment

Qualifications

• Current PT license required
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in a medical or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
