Deliver and direct physical therapy (PT) services for residents in a nursing and rehabilitation facility, ensuring care quality and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Assess and deliver individualized physical therapy interventions
- Develop and update care plans, maintain records, and monitor outcomes

Qualifications
- Current PT license required
- CPR/BLS certification
