Help individuals thrive by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in an interdisciplinary healthcare team. This PRN role encourages initiative, adaptation, and a dedication to improving patient outcomes through person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement tailored therapy treatment plans
- Regularly document progress and adjust interventions
- Educate families and patients for effective home support
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all safety standards
- Engage in team meetings and collaborative care
- Provide educational in-service presentations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid state license in Speech and Language Pathology
- CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
